I am so glad to meet Solmaz at the Rebel Parramatta. She demonstrated an unbelievable level of service. When other people were unable to understand what exactly I needed, she was very fast in catching the point, realising my needs and offered me the best solution!!! Many thanks from Gulnara
Paris was a great help on finding me the right shoe, amazing customer service
Rude and terrible service, waited for almost 4 minutes (only person in line) as the staff member, Nadia, was folding clothes behind the counter. She called another staff to serve while she was folding clothes. Came to pick up click and collect (also wait at the click and collect counter and got no service) to give me attitude ti collecting an item in the check out line. Open your click and collect counter.
Bought a new pair of sneakers! Very happy with them. The sales person Paras was very friendly and very knowledgeable in the shoes instore. Very professional! No pressuring you to buy as well. Would go back to buy another pairs of shoes!
