Jasmin at the registers was absolutely lovely from the moment I got to the checkout she was so welcoming, friendly, and approachable. It’s always nice being served by someone who genuinely has such a positive attitude.
Literally no one staff to help with shoes
Good range of merchandise, but don’t visit if you need assistance or any form of customer support. I spent around 20–30 minutes in the store on a quiet weekday and couldn’t locate a staff member willing to help on the floor. My mistake was approaching the cashier, who I assumed would handle basic customer service queries. The worst customer service you can get at any store. None was there to even ask you if you needed some help. We were at the store looking for physiotherapist suggested shoes but with no luck. On asking the staff at front, they said they are short staffed but don’t understand why on a Thursday evening you would say that.
