I came to the store to pick up a watch through click and collect, so I went straight to the counter. Along the way, I grabbed an energy gel as well. The lady at the counter just looked at me and continued doing something, while Nico (I think that's his name) eventually came over and assisted me. I thought I'd get quick service since I was the only one in line, but unfortunately, that wasn't the case. It made me not want to return to this store. 5 stars for Nico and 2 stars for the lady.

The Rebel Randwick staff are always friendly and approachable. Special thanks to Alan today who helped us with getting the right shoes for our teenage son which we wouldn't have bought if not for his patience and great help.
