Awful experience - the weekend store manager is rude, condescending and lacks basic customer service skills. I came in to return my son's shoes that in my view were defective. Front office staff were disinterested because it was outside the 3 month return period but they agreed to get the manager. Not one person bothered to attempt to understand the issue or assess the shoe to determine wear and tear or manufacturing defect. Price on tag $49.99 and when you go and pay it’s $170. Asked the lady to confirm the price and she went to scan it and she said she can’t do it for the price showing on the tag. Poor service
