I had a disappointing experience at Rebel Plenty Valley today, which was surprising as staff are usually helpful. I picked up an XS T-shirt and asked a staff member if she could help me find the same one in Small. She seemed uninterested, pointed to a rack from a distance saying all Adidas T-shirts should be there, and then asked, “Who is that for?” When I said it was for myself, the interaction felt uncomfortable.
