Blown away by the service received from Michael! I went to every shoe shop in pac fair (whoa there’s a lot!) and he was the first sales rep to have quality genuine and expert advice in running shoes. Gosh he was great. Super lovely and warm, and took the time to educate me on different shoes, their purpose and what features allow them to behave in these ways etc. Super super impressed, what an asset to not just rebel sport but pacific fair and the Gold Coast as a whole. Went in to look for some potential boots, a worker approached me I believe his name was Ryan Z, he walk me through all the boots individually, and eventually we found a pair that worked for me and I bought them, great experience great customer service everyone should thrive be a worker like Ryan
