Great service & very helpful staff
I recently stopped for my son's soccer boots and shin pads. A fantastic range of all types of sporting equipment and clothing, unfortunately there wasn't enough staff available for help and took approximately 15mins to get any assistance from staff- also asking at the front counter, was advised someone would come, had to ask multiple times.
A huge thanks to Tom for his patience and knowledge with football boot fitment . Nothing was a problem, very helpful. Thank you
I went into Pacific Fair store today. I have very difficult feet and ankle issues, severe Osteoarthritis. The service I received from Thomas H. was so good. He was super helpful, knowledgeable and patient. He found me the right shoes for my issues. I did go and compare 2 other stores just to double check my choice as I think $280 is a lot of money. Thomas had made the best Suggestions for choice of shoes. I went back and purchased ASICS Gel - Kayano as they had the best ankle support.
I have shopped at this rebel store for a number of years every time i have purchased from this store the service has been great they listen/ advices and have a caring wiling to give u the right outcome i don't normally do reviews thou this store is the best .yes i had to wait 10 minutes thou i was not forgotten.This time it was zachery that served me he was patient and helpful with nimbus shoe solution He went above which he knew i had a foot problem which I was concerned about .
