Where does one begin when speaking about Timothy H. I can hardly find the words to describe this fallen angel of customer service. His hand picked product choices for us bewildered customers was spectacular. I cannot believe such customer service exists in the world we live in today. Fantastic job Tim H. Give the man a manager role. No interview needed. Just hand him the badge and a slap on the back and he’s got it under control. Timothy H if ur reading this, crack a cold one for us.

Jeremy at Rebel was incredibly helpful in finding the right running shoes for me. He took the time to understand what I needed and explained the features clearly, without rushing me. I ended up with the Gel Kayano33, and I feel confident they’re a great fit. Super knowledgeable, patient, and genuinely kind service. Highly recommend.
