Tracey was incredibly helpful assisting us with finding the right shoe for long distance running. She was so personal able and so lovely. For sports lovers
Waited in the shoe area for 10 minutes. Guy servicing someone, when he finishes I'm still standing there waiting, so instead of serving me he goes out the back never to return.
Called up to have an item put away for me. Staff told me they could do it over the phone. After driving an hour and a half to get there, I was told by the cashiers that they actually didn’t have the product and it wasn’t in stock.
