After searching throughout Northland sports stores for a Nike tracksuit, I finally found something I liked and at a reasonable price compared to other sports stores. A polite young man by the name of Onel helped me out. When I told him my size and what I wanted, he searched for me in the back store room because they didn't have my size on the floor display. I did find what we were looking for. Staffs were extremely helpful, coming up to us and asking whether we needed any help. Good experience all together.

This is for customer service. Long wait and long queue of people at register at busy time and only one attendant, why? This is very poor service. Also no one's manning change rooms and no staff to be found to help so cannot try on clothes. Where are the staff to help? Bad service, do better.
