I got a good deal on a Socceroos shirt with my Rebel membership. Great service
I was recently served by a cashier at Rebel who was not professional in her manner. She was wearing glasses and seemed more focused on her hair and long nails rather than attending to customers. She did not greet me politely, did not smile, and did not say thank you after the transaction. She also gave eye signals as though she was impatiently waiting for me to move on, and she did not offer to assist with placing the items I purchased. I went to get some new running shoes and I was waiting to get help for 30 mins, there were two people working by the shoe area and they were both taking so long. Too much slacking and talking and not paying attention to other customers who need help. It was really annoying.
