I went to get some new running shoes and I was waiting to get help for 30 mins, there were two people working by the shoe area and they were both taking so long. Too much slacking and talking and not paying attention to other customers who need help. It was really annoying.
My mum and I popped in to Rebel at Northland a couple of months ago and we both left incredibly impressed at Karl in the footwear department’s exceptional level of customer service. Karl was generous with both his time and knowledge as he let us try on various styles of runner before landing on our purchase. After searching throughout Northland sports stores for a Nike tracksuit, I finally found something I liked and at a reasonable price compared to other sports stores. A polite young man by the name of Onel helped me out. When I told him my size and what I wanted, he searched for me in the back store room because they didn't have my size on the floor display. I did find what we were looking for. Staffs were extremely helpful, coming up to us and asking whether we needed any help. Good experience all together.
