He really went above and beyond to help me get the footy boots I was after, organising a store transfer for the very last size 13 left in the state of the type I wanted. It would’ve been easy to just say they were out of stock, but he took the time to track them down and sort it out for me. Really appreciate the effort and the service with a smile.
