I went to the Mt Druitt Rebel store about a pair of shoes I bought around five months ago that are already tearing with glue coming off where the fabric meets the sole. I also purchased the same shoe in a different colourway without an issue. I dealt with Jamie from Customer Relations who didn’t seem experienced in handling customers. Absolutely the worst experience I’ve ever had at Rebel Sport Mount Druitt. The staff were rude and unhelpful, and the manager flat-out refused to take back my return, accusing me of using the item when I hadn’t even worn it once. To make things worse, the supervisor actually called security on me just because I stood up for myself. I was embarrassed in front of everyone and treated like a criminal over something I didn’t do. Got served by a little dark skin boy, he was extremely helpful in finding what I needed. His friendly service leaves you wanting to come back. Although he needs to improve his height lol
