There was a staff member that is very condescending when she speaks upon her work colleagues which is quite disappointing. Her name is Eva, she had the worst customer service I’ve ever crossed path with in the years shopping at rebel sport. REBEL!!! You need to hire team members that care about their customers and their team members. Worst experiences ever.
Click and collect was easy, but a pet hate is when I am asked by the server "are you right?" I find it rude. Something like "can I help? Or are you being looked after" is so much nicer. We were not offered assistance in the shoe area, or when looking at chest pads. Plenty of staff just standing around talking though. The store was OK, but untidy. Items on the floor - by customers, but a good tidy is needed and dust please! The check out girl was polite.
Manager is super friendly, staff is overall great and easy to talk to!
