Didn’t really want to give 1 star as well but it’s alright. I recently had a pretty disappointing experience at this store. I bought a badminton racket and rackets string got broken and it was my first time buying the racket in my life,so I went back to exchange it. Instead of getting help, I felt like I was being judged by the staff. They gave me weird looks and didn’t seem interested in helping me out. Got the shoes I needed
Waited in kids shoe section and waited, went in search of assistance, both boys had chosen the pair they wanted, both pairs were on sale, we showed the assistant who retrieved the shoes, boys put them on and we went to pay, both pairs came up as full price and we were told shoes were in the wrong places nothing they could do, yes there is ! Offer some customer service and get your shoes sorted!
The staff were super helpful and the sale prices weren't bad either.
