Excellent customer service! Special compliment to the staff member Maddy (I hope that's correct spelling) at the Mile End outlet counter. She was professional and efficient when I rang to hold a product. When I came to the shop to pay, my type of card wasn't accepted by EFPOS (even the icon was on the display), she was very patient, tried different EFPOS devices.
