The multiple experiences I've had there have been poor. I actually had to prove to my wife so we tested it. I went in (Being a male) and stood around browsing at the shoes. I was there for between 8-10 minutes and no one came up to me. It wasn't busy. My wife then walked in and also to the shoe section and was approached for assistance almost immediately by 2 seperate male employees. She told them she was ok and just looking.
