I was honestly shocked (in a good way) by the service at Rebel Mid City Sydney. Normally when I shop, staff don’t really care or treat you that well. But this time was completely different. I visited today ,just to buy some discounted shoes, and the staff member who helped me went above and beyond. He showed me different options, made sure the shoes fit properly, and treated me with real respect and kindness even though I was buying something on sale. After a 12 hour search endless traveling across Sydney I now have what I came for.. thanks to the guy who made sure I received this direct from the store room when actually he could have just said” not in stock yet”.. such a crazy small thing to most .. but to me and the person receiving this overseas.. we are truly grateful
