I really had a horrible experience with one of the staff. So disappointing, she wear a glasses. What happen was me and my husband did shopping at city before we went to the Merrryland rebel store. We already had 2 pair of shoes inside the bag. It was around 7 to 8 pm on 18 th of September. I was checking other clothes, got into the fitting room and came outside. My husband was waiting for me. The staff here chill and friendly always willing to help the prices are very good the clothes are nice very nice
I had a very disappointing experience at this store on 18th August 2025 (2:45 pm). The lady at the checkout was extremely rude – she threw the jersey we were purchasing instead of handling it properly. When we politely asked for a receipt, her response was very unprofessional and impolite. This kind of customer service is unacceptable, and I hope the management takes action to improve staff behaviour.
Horrible service and bad quality products. Bought their shoes and noticed issues with the stitching, took them back - refund refused with attitude from staff.
