I visited Rebel Sports Merrylands after work to purchase a pair of Hoka shoes and was impressed with the excellent customer service provided by the young male sales representative in the shoe department. Thank you Ferguson.
Unlike so many other Rebel stores - was easy to find someone to help. Big shout out to Danny for great customer service who found the exact basketball I was looking for and went the extra distance to keep two young munchkins with me happy.
Many thanks to Alice for helping us out with a gift selection greatly appreciated her advice. Alice was very knowledgeable and very friendly will definitely be seeking her out again when shopping in Rebel next.
Super helpful staff. The basketball hoop we purchased was 38kg and we ran into some problems trying to bring it to our car. The staff offered to meet us on the rooftop (on a 40 degree day!) to make the process easier. Thanks again and Merry Christmas!
