I called the store to ask if they could put an item on hold for me, and I was assisted by a wonderful young woman named Selena. Her customer service was absolutely outstanding. She even took the time to call me back to let me know that she had put the item on hold for me. She went above and beyond by placing the large item into a trolley and having it ready for me to collect the following morning.
