I called the store to ask if they could put an item on hold for me, and I was assisted by a wonderful young woman named Selena. Her customer service was absolutely outstanding. She even took the time to call me back to let me know that she had put the item on hold for me. She went above and beyond by placing the large item into a trolley and having it ready for me to collect the following morning. Good service, a little hard to find and get in and out of the centre
Fantastic experience at Rebel Merrylands! A big thank you to Elham, Nidaa, Celena, and Maria for their amazing customer service. They were friendly, helpful, and went above and beyond to assist me. The store was well organised, and the team made the whole shopping experience enjoyable. Customer service like this is hard to find these days. Highly recommend!
Extremely poor customer service and very disappointed to say the least. The managers here really need to hire someone who can deal with customers properly and not get annoyed when customers ask for help. This isn’t a self serve business. We were treated really poorly upon asking for different size soccer shoes for my younger son to try on. One of ladies basically told us off, so we left the jumpers and shoes that we were going get and went to Parramatta store instead.
Spent $500 in one go and still charging me $1 for a bag at checkout. Shop elsewhere as a matter of principle until they get rid of this BS service.
