Dodgy Return Policy and Poor Customer Service. Visited Rebel Mentone and purchased an item. Within 15 minutes, while still in-store, I attempted a return as it didn't suit my needs. (Unfortunately I had already paid). Despite Rebel's website advertising a 30-day change-of-mind return policy, staff at Mentone refused the return because the packaging had been opened. The experience was unpleasant and felt like they were finding excuses to avoid a simple return. The product was very resellable. A week later, the exact same item... read more
