I approached a staff member to clarify the buy one clothing at full price and get second item at 50 percent off. I just wanted clarification if it’s only applicable on items of same brand or I can pick two different brand clothing. The skinny Asian kid with pencil thin moustache just gave me a dead stare and proceeded to walk in different direction. It wasn’t even busy he was just walking around and hiding in the corner. Such a weird experience.
Ordered a pair of shoes online, they sent me two different sizes. Asked for replacement, once more sent me the wrong sizes. Now I've got two size 8 left shoes and two size 9 right shoes. This level of stupidity is unacceptable and reflects extremely poor service. Needs serious better training for their staff.
