James at Rebel Cannon Hill's sports shoes section offered me outstanding product knowledge today. He was also incredibly passionate about the features and benefits of the many brands on offer. I am thrilled with my purchased products which include Nike running shoes, Nike fleece pullover, sports bra, Nike sports socks and Nike gym bag. I've been to the store before, but today I took a wrong turn, got slightly lost, and ended up arriving right as the bell struck 6pm. I completely understand that the staff wants to go home, but since I knew exactly what I needed, I asked if I could quickly grab the item and be out in under a minute. Instead, I was rudely escorted out by someone who spent at least two minutes lecturing me about leasing the premises and their strict 6 PM closing time.
