I went to Rebel Marsden Park to buy a pair of soccer boots and shin pads for my daughter. Nathan helped us with making sure that the soccer boots and shin pads were the right size and I must say that I left the store very impressed with Nathan’s level of customer service. He was only too happy to spend time with us to make sure that we left the store as happy customers! Nathan should be commended for his professionalism and knowledge as he is a real asset to Rebel.
They have rebel stuff and sports stuff. They sell it, I buy it. Yes it all works.
Went to Marsden park Rebel today to have a look at some shoes! Absolutely awesome customer service by Juaquin, who went up and above to help out today… will definitely come back in the future! Thanks for a great experience!
Great service by the staff
This is not my usual Rebel store, i normally go to the Rouse Hill one. But it was one of the best experiences I had, all thanks to Yashvi who delivered one of the best customer services and made us felt very welcome, helped us with our return & exchange while keeping that smile at all times. In my opinion its quite rare these days. My 5 yr old remembers the store as ‘Yashvi’s shop’ now. That says alot about a person and an employee. We’ll definitely be going to this store going forward.
