My interaction with this store this morning was so disheartening. I rang the store at 9.30am (they open at 10am). I was in a desperate situation. We live in the inner west and I was taking my son to a state futsal trial in Hawkesbury this morning. A 50 minute car ride. The staff are always really friendly, helpful, and welcoming. I would especially like to recognise Nathan, who has been incredibly helpful every time we come in to buy shoes and sports shoes for my son. Nathan is very dedicated to his job and consistently provides excellent customer service. He is patient, knowledgeable, and always goes above and beyond to make sure my son gets the right shoes. We really appreciate his help and wonderful service!
Visited the store on Friday 28th of August 2026, complete disaster team working there, they just about making the hours , no support, knowledge of the products what so ever
I went to Rebel Marsden Park to buy a pair of soccer boots and shin pads for my daughter. Nathan helped us with making sure that the soccer boots and shin pads were the right size and I must say that I left the store very impressed with Nathan’s level of customer service. He was only too happy to spend time with us to make sure that we left the store as happy customers! Nathan should be commended for his professionalism and knowledge as he is a real asset to Rebel.
They have rebel stuff and sports stuff. They sell it, I buy it. Yes it all works.
