This store has a great range of clothing and accessories. What surprised me was the limited options in men's polo shirts given these are popular clothing items among tennis players and golfers. Oppositely, when it comes to NRL supporter gear, fitness or basketball clothing, there's ample selection. I guess it depends what sport you play- very hit and miss.
Imagen @ shoe section gave me great service today, listened really well to what I wanted, searched out sock stock for me when it wasn't on the floor. Nice friendly attitude too ! Thank you, Imagen !
Poor service on multiple occasions. I was reluctant to go the rebel but my son insisted the shoes he wanted would be there. I had to seek service and when I did it was appalling. After requesting a size, the rebel member walked up to us and said there’s only this size (2 sizes bigger than requested), placed the box next to us and walked off! I have had similar experiences regarding lack of service here so won’t be back.
I was desperate to buy shoes thst wont make my feet ache after long shifts. The shoe expert guy that served me was excellent !!!! his knowledge was 10/10,his genuine personalable attitude 10/10. Success too! His msnager needs to let him know hes an assett.!thanks mate.!
I'm really grateful for so many people at this point in my life. When you need support, all your friends disappear, and the people you least expect appear. Today, Gracie showed up. She was very patient because I'm a very difficult customer to please, but she managed to do it very quickly and was very kind the whole time. You can tell she knows the store inside out.
