I had a very disappointing customer service experience at Rebel Sport Macquarie Centre. I purchased a pair of shoes that became extremely slippery in heavy rain, which caused me to slip and injure my knee. When I returned to the store to raise this as a safety concern and request a refund, the issue was dismissed after the manager briefly rubbed the outsole by hand on a dry store floor and said this was sufficient assessment. No app, no in store price checkers. The people behind the counter have the energy of a worn out sock. This place could stand to modernise and train staff to be more helpful.
Terrible customer experience with my online order never arriving (ordered three weeks ago!) and getting sent back to the supplier despite the correct address on the order. So will miss Christmas now. Held for almost 40 mins to speak to a customer service rep who advised that managers don’t take phone calls. Wow!!!
