I just had a terrible experience with customer service. The representative seemed more like the CEO than a team member and they didn't care about following their own policies. When I pointed out the policy, they basically said they knew about it but couldn't do anything. It was super frustrating. Now I'm done with rebel Macquarie and won't be going back. The staff at checkout have come across as quite rude, which suggests there may be an overall attitude issue at this location. On one visit, a staff member seemed visibly annoyed when I asked to use my points to pay.
