I’ve visited this store on two recent occasions and was disappointed with the customer service. The staff at checkout have come across as quite rude, which suggests there may be an overall attitude issue at this location. On one visit, a staff member seemed visibly annoyed when I asked to use my points to pay. On another occasion, a different staff member was frustrated that I provided my email instead of my phone number. The lady who assisted me was incredibly helpful, sharing her extensive knowledge about products and guiding me through various options. She took the time to explain the differences and helped me understand the varying price points, ensuring I made an informed choice. Her exceptional customer service made the whole experience enjoyable and stress-free. I truly appreciate her patience and expertise. Ordered click and collect. When I arrived at 4.45pm on Sunday 16 March the store was closed with the following message ‘Due to unexpected circumstances Rebel Macquarie has closed. The store will reopen Monday 17/03’. It would have been polite and courteous to send a quick message to all click and collect customers that the store had unexpectedly closed and please go to the store. Great customer service.
