Was Assisted by a young lady by the name of Tonia on the phone in relations to an online order she was professional on point and felt like she knew what was doing in relations to an online order. I was really impressed with the service I received at this store on Saturday. I wanted to buy a replacement lid for my frank green drink bottle. There was only one coloured pink. Unfortunately someone had stolen the strap from the pack. I asked Sam at the register if they had any other pink in the storeroom. Unfortunately they didn't, Sam contacted her manager Akul who then problem solved and opened a pack of straps and gave me the pink one that matched my lid.
