I purchased a Garmin sports watch for my wife from Rebel Mackay. The band failed after 7 months, so my wife went to the store to enquire about a replacement. The person who initially assisted us was very helpful, although when the store manager was asked to explain the process, that was when the service stopped. My wife received nothing but attitude and was told she would have to contact Garmin herself. Having purchased the watch locally, I thought there may have been a little more assistance. Finally got served by a young disinterested kid in the shoe department when we needed help to buy new shoes for a four year old I’m sorry but this sales kid did not want to be there the worst customer service experience never again
** Jayden’s wife ** - Went in to find a pair of running shoes and was very much disappointed with the lack of customer service here at Rebel. There was one lady around the shoe section who was tending to a customer when we arrived but did not acknowledge us at all until I looked at her and she said she would be with me in a sec (she had time while the customer was trying on shoes to see if I wanted help). I couldn’t find what I was looking for, walked up to the customer service desk, was served by Shelby, customer service was great. She looked around for the product for me and we both couldn’t find it. When I asked if we could order it in she said not a problem. I ordered the product I wanted at the price I wanted which was on sale and got free home delivery. I’m a very happy customer, I will be back!
