Shoes had HOLES in the HEELS after only MONTHS. Told they were from WEAR and TEAR and were NOT a DEFECT. Told me to call customer service which I did and was told the store SHOULD have called on my behalf. They told me I would get a response 24-48 hours later but NO CALL BACK. I called 4 days later and was told the case was closed because the issue was from WEAR and TEAR. NEVER EVER DEAL with Mackay Rebel as they BASICALLY say SHOES ONLY LAST SIX MONTHS now. Any longer and the DEFECT will be classed as WEAR and TEAR.
