I purchased a Garmin sports watch for my wife from Rebel Mackay. The band failed after 7 months, so my wife went to the store to enquire about a replacement. The person who initially assisted us was very helpful, although when the store manager was asked to explain the process, that was when the service stopped. Finally got served by a young disinterested kid in the shoe department when we needed help to buy new shoes for a four year old I’m sorry but this sales kid did not want to be there the worst customer service experience never again
