On the day I was looking for sports shoes. Only one person serving in that area however preference was given to another customer. I was not acknowledged for some time and when I was, I didnt feel that the service was great. The shop assistant kept going back to the other customer constantly and not bringing me my shoes to try on that I needed. Underwhelmed.
walk around for ten minutes not one staff member asked if i needed assistants. rude staff fairly typicle these days.
