Very helpful and friendly staff
Not as many shoe options as Helensvale Rebel sport.
Went to go and change over a pair of runner to a different size, explained to the guy on the checkout and then he proceeded to put through the old runners as a sale. Clearly he didn't listen. We went to the shoe section to try the bigger size and also some other runners and the young man who helped us was extremely helpful
Shoutout to Jacob’s customer service today, he went out of his way to try and find my hubby a cowboys jersey today, thank you for the great service.
