Nice & Good place
Came into buy wrist bands, couldn’t find them by myself, however the lovely Leesa.G a staff member helped me find them, Thankyou for the great customer service support.
Disappointing experience. Hardly any staff on the floor to be helpful. Less stock than other comparable branches. Staff swear at each other in front of customers. The happened today at 1045am, 12th July. Disgusting and unprofessional.
I recently visited rebel Sport Liverpool, excited to finally buy an item I had been wanting for a long time. Sadly, the experience was disappointing. The shelves were dusty, messy, and poorly maintained , not what you’d expect from a major store. When I politely asked for an item in better condition, I was told to wait. After about 10 minutes, a different staff member came and questioned my request in a rude and dismissive manner, then abruptly said there was no new item available, without any courtesy or proper explanation.... read more
