I came in to the Launceston store to buy soccer cleats for my boy. I’m in a wheelchair so I do require a bit of help when it comes to reaching products etc. I was initially met by a man whose name I later found out was either Deegan or Devon or something similar. He pointed over to a huge wall of shoes and said let me know if you need a size, we price them generally from cheapest at the bottom to more expensive at the top (this proved to be incorrect).
