Staff are very helpful and courteous.
Not sure what has happened to the customer service in Rebel Knox. The counter staff appeared tired and disengaged, and there was little sign of warmth or welcome. During my visit, I hardly saw any staff smiling, which was a great contrast to my previous experiences at Rebel stores.
I had a disappointing experience at Rebel Sport Knox that I usually wouldn’t feel the need to share, but I believe this one deserves to be addressed - particularly involving a staff member named Grace. I was waiting for assistance with netball shoes while she was helping another customer, which I completely understand. However, despite clearly seeing me waiting multiple times, she didn’t acknowledge me.
