Just bought new shoes they were NBalance tennis shoes in a Wide (2E) fit and they are great . Not only are they cheap and amazing shoes the customer service was great. I normal don't leave reviews but Josh gave great service with a smile and even double checked for us . His speedy service and amazing attitude really lighted up my day please give this guy a raise
I don't know who the girl was that looked after me, but she was super lovely. Wandered down to Rebel, after going to the AFL store to get a number on a jumper I had recently purchased (not from the AFL store) only to be told they dont do it on jumpers not purchased at the AFL store (ok? Fine I guess? My son purchased a pair of cream vomero runners on the 30th April. We followed all washing instructions given to us by rebel knox. After being washed the side ticks either lost there silver or the white bubbled and completely came off. I took them back on the 21st of May (less than an month) and was advised this was a wear and tear issue by the manager in charge and was refused a replacement. I had a partially used paper gift voucher and I went into your Knox store to redeem the balance only to be told it is on stop for possible fraud. After the very polite assistant rang customer service that could give no explanation as to why but I still could not redeem the balance on the voucher(over$100.00 left). I had to get proof of purchase of the voucher which was a gift to me from many many months ago.
