The team members and Manager at this store demonstrated outstanding customer service and support when I had an order incorrectly assigned to the wrong store. Their efforts exceeded my expectations, and I intend to visit this store and make a purchase if I am ever in the area.
Had the best customer service experience from Lydian today. She helped us find some Nike Pros in my daughter’s size from the back and expertly fit out some new netball shoes. We didn’t have much time and she made it all super quick. Thank you!
