I went to the store at around 2:30 pm to try and buy a pair of boxing gloves, as I was trying the boxing gloves the customer service manager Johann came and told me to leave the store cause I was “argumentative” there isn’t a single sign neither a writing that states that we can’t hit the punching bag, so why is it a problem when we do as a customer, why isn’t it wrapped and protected if we aren’t supposed to try them. Emily in store was an absolute delight! My family and I came in looking for shoes and football shirts, her assistance and helpful attitude made mine and the kids experience amazing! 10/10 service with a smile :)
Just phoned up to check if an item as in stock but I needed actual confirmation from a staff member there holding the product because I'm a pain. I spoke to a "Kayana" (sorry if spelling is wrong), she was super polite, super patient and very helpful. Refreshing to have someone like that answer the phone with just 1 ring and answer all my queries!
