Went in to purchase an arm band to hold my mobile while out walking. I was greeted immediately and given assistance. When the only one on display, that fitted my phone, ended up being the most expensive one, the young man took the time to check 'out the back' and came back with a different one that fitted perfectly, and was half the price. I felt well looked after.

Great customer service. I've recently bought goggles and jammers. Needed to change the goggles twice and had no problems at all. Friendly and helpful staff.
Last year, when I was making a clothing purchase of over $750.00 I witnessed the checkout clerk DOUBLE SCAN 2 items of clothing. I just let it slide, but Rebel keep sending me promotional emails. Never coming back! And now everyone knows why...
