First time shopping at rebel Innaloo left without purchasing anything staff too busy talking to each other rather than assist customers terrible customer service.
Excellent customer service with staff checking in with customers as they walk around the store and fix displays. Was looking for some baseball gear but it wasn’t available in store unfortunately. Caps and hats need a bit of a restock too. Store is very organised, clean and well laid out though. There are also plenty of sale racks to browse through.
Came looking for a pair of shoes with my partner, John was a legend, helped us find the right size shoes and was really helpful and patient.
A nice gentleman helped me pick out my first pair of runners today. He was so patient and made the process very easy! Great customer service!
