Great staff but they are a bit confused about your policy regarding price match. Rebels price match is inclusive of shipping (if it applies), that does not mean add shipping on to every price match! it just means if it’s not a physical location like big w or another store next door where it’s walk in available, you must include the shipping I.e. online availability only. The manager disagreed so I dare say this rebel is ripping people off their price matches. They did give me a price match in the end which I am grateful for.... read more
I had the good fortune of being served by a staff member called Lola last week when I purchased swimwear. I had no idea that I had accidentally left my wallet at the register. I was looking everywhere for it and then Lola kindly phoned me after seeing my name in my drivers license. She was able type my name into their computer to retrive my phone number (tied to my purchase and Rebel membership). Terrible customer service by a guy this morning, asked for covers for my tennis racquet but the guy was just being so rude with no patience at all. Should be doing such job if you do not know how to smile. Thanks
Terrible customer service. I purchased a click and collect order which was a good deal and it was ready quickly. However the guy at the counter was rude and literally threw my order at me. Totally ruined my experience of what has previously been a very nice store. That is absolutely no way to treat a customer, he was very blunt and took his sweet time getting my order, threw it at me and didn’t say anything else. I don’t know if I want to come back.
