Terrible customer service. I purchased a click and collect order which was a good deal and it was ready quickly. However the guy at the counter was rude and literally threw my order at me. Totally ruined my experience of what has previously been a very nice store. That is absolutely no way to treat a customer, he was very blunt and took his sweet time getting my order, threw it at me and didn’t say anything else. I don’t know if I want to come back.
2 people on counters 2 people at shoes. And no one available to help even if you know exactly what you want. I asked one person who was standing waiting for a kid to try on shoes for a size and she gave that millennial blank stare and turned around. Save your money. Buy online.
What should’ve been a simple shopping trip for our child turned into a terrible experience. We spent a fair bit on a pair of sports shoes, and two staff members — one in-store (a gentleman of Asian background who assisted us while we were trying the shoes) and another over the phone before our visit — both clearly told us we could exchange them if needed.
