What should’ve been a simple shopping trip for our child turned into a terrible experience. We spent a fair bit on a pair of sports shoes, and two staff members — one in-store (a gentleman of Asian background who assisted us while we were trying the shoes) and another over the phone before our visit — both clearly told us we could exchange them if needed. We shop here a lot and have had great customer service before However yesterday we had the worst The guy that serviced us was so rude Didn’t speak to us at all, didn’t even say hi how can I help you just came over and waited for us to speak and looked like he would rather be any where else He got my son his shoes and we decided to try a size up and he got him a size down instead and when we asked for socks he threw them at my son and didn’t say a word.
