Poor customer service from the store manager. I brought in my 2 months old ASICS (value $279.99) shoes for a replace as these ones got the sole already tearing apart (very unlikely but it happened to me). The store manager acted like she was doing me a favor by replacing the shoes, as the damage according to her is from Wear and Tear (2 mths old shoes I only use to walk). Honestly, the most humble and enthusiastic person I have ever seen! Dorain was amazing. She helped us find everything we were looking for. She went above and beyond to do everything in her power so we find what we were looking for.
