we used Rebel Heart last year for our above ground pool with no issues, this year when they arrived, our pool was set up but as the water started to flow we very quickly saw there was a crack at the bottom of the pool and alerted them. The gentleman was kind, and radio-d it in that we needed them to come back because we had to buy a replacement. it wasn't fixable.
