After waiting in the footwear section for 15 minutes, I had to ring the store, whilst in the store to get service. This occurs regularly at this store.
Could not get service in the tennis raquets today so I ended up buying the perfect wilson racquet for $65 at Facebook Market Place.

After standing around in the shoe department for 15 mins along with 2 other separate customers, with no staf around at all and no one coming to offer assistance, i pulled out and my phone and rang the store to let them know I required help in the shoe department. Very disappointing service.
A nice experience to be had with the lovely helpful Claire at G’boro Rebel. Went in to buy an apple watch but only avail at selected stores. Claire spent time and effort helping me access an online purchase with vouchers to confuse the process. She made it simple and easy for me which is all the customer wants. She could have said ‘sorry not available at this store’ but she didn’t and made it happen. I got what I came for with min hassle max satisfaction. Thanks again, you’re a gem.
