Avoid this place .. Absolute incompetence, particularly from the manager Brad . Sold the wrong shoes by undertrained staff that have no idea ... Returned the shoes a couple of weeks later, before another staff member confirmed we should never have been sold the shoes .. forced to pay for another pair in a different brand with correct fitting this time ... Would not accept the return or provide a credit. Rejected any liability, after we've had to pay $580 for two pairs of shoes in only two weeks. Do not go near this calamity ... read more
One star for the large range. I buy quite a bit from Rebel but the customer service at the Geelong store is terrible. It's usually pretty quiet when I go in, and there's usually a bunch of staff standing around talking amongst themselves. No-one asks if you need any help finding anything. Today I was in the change room for over 10 minutes and needed help with sizes but no-one offered any assistance. Staff are really nice. They could up the selection on kids AFL boots as it's very limited
