Returned item to store to swap for a different size and person working there had a pretty crap attitude. I was “asked” in a very accusatory tone if I had worn the item to which I replied no, I tried the item on in the house when it was delivered but that was it. Then was told I was outwith the 30 day return period but they’ll “let me away with it”. Turns out I was still a couple of days within 30 days anyway as February only has 28 days! Love getting my sports gear from Rebel Geelong. All employees are respectful and very helpful, very efficient and friendly. Good to have a chat to when trying on new shoes, footy boots etc. Love this as my local sports store, and going to continue shopping here for as long as I need.
The young assistant in the shoe section did a great job nothing was too much trouble!
The best Rebel location for clothing variety and equipment. Parking can be tricky if traffic is busy, but there is a side car park. Staff always friendly and polite.
