Hiring a number of inexperienced youth to be sales representatives may not be a good idea as they were pushy to sell you something all the time, one of the youth working at the shoes section kept going back to the back room, looks like he wants to have a break there instead of coming out and serve the cx, the girl working at the counter was lovely
Same same. Never expect too much. Like bunings it's one of the few places that has what I'm looking for but service can be fantastic to woeful. Just average today. Time to pay a little more and try to shop local
Outstanding service in the shoe department, got fitted for some new tyres and Scott took great care of me today, fitted perfectly to my foot size and type with the proper advice on arch support. Chuffed.
Got my running shoes from here. Loved it and Customer service was amazing too.
