Disappointing customer service. Staff made me feel like I was inconveniencing them just by asking for help. Prices are noticeably higher than other retailers, including official stores. For example, Nike sells the Metcon 6 for $144 and Rebel for $179, yet there’s no price matching even when these models aren’t being restocked. Overall, not a great experience.
Had issues with a recently purchased watch that would get stuck in a bootloop. Manafacture told me I'd need to download a diagnostic tool and had to take video proof just to prove it's non functional so they can replace it. Jarrod understood immediately my frustrations with the product and offered me a refund. Great customer service highly recommend Jarrod and his team.
Waited for 20+ minutes and asked 3 staff, including asking staff just casually standing out the back on the phones to get someone to help with shoes. We got the same response "I will get someone to come help". It wasn't just us waiting either. Super super annoying!
