Went to pick up my click and collect, I was ignored by staff. One staff member tried to serve a customer that came after me, I had to interrupt her to tell her I was there first. She clearly had seen me standing there while she continued folding clothes until the second customer approached the counter.
While the staff are super friendly and helpful with shoes sometimes you can never find someone to actually assist in sizing.
Walked in to buy Brooks Adrenaline.. walked out with Hoka Bondi… Huge Thankyou to Sue today .. excellent customer service.. I’d never tried on a pair of Hoka and I’m so grateful to Sue for her help and suggestion…6 stars
Poor customer servixe from a staff member in store today...had my kids with me and ignored us and went to another customer...bought shoes at another store as i was annoyed at the lack of customer service
