Terrible everything. They forgot to remove the knee protectors from the online order, after I had bought a pair in store. Then they couldn't cancel the order for whatever reason, so they charged me for extra protectors that I have now to go back and return. When my online delivery arrived 2 sets of rollers skates one roller skate was missing from within the box.
