Exceptional customer service and a big, open, welcoming store. I live 30min away, and bought a $1k watch about 5min before the store closed pretty much because of their customer support. Big snaps to Trevor and Rob for time, patience, and knowing your stuff. A particular watch I was looking at was out of stock across Qld, except for Everton Park. Had a wonderful experience yesterday, Amber M was very helpful I’m letting me try on all the shoes do I got the perfect fit even though it was really busy (sorry I made you get do many shoes). Leah them made the experience at the end really easy at the checkout. Thank you both for your amazing customer service!
This store is big and spacious. Great shopping 🛍 experience. Lots of sales.
Fewer than 20 people in the whole store yet we’ve been waiting 15 mins to be seen to, to try on shoes. Asked at the counter if we could see someone for assistance and was told that someone would be straight over…10 mins later there’s still no-one. 😫
