We recently had the pleasure of dealing with Trent when shopping for some sunglasses. He was friendly, warm and very knowledgeable, as a bonus he assisted in giving us a great deal. Great bloke!
Rebel staff are always friendly
Staff are very uninterested in doing their job.
Staff were far more interested in their own conversation than assisting customers. After waiting more than 20 minutes I had to interrupt their chat just to receive service and was then treated poorly for asking for help. Completely unacceptable customer service. I won’t be back.
