Staff desperately need training on assertiveness. I had a lady cut in front of me and interrupt my turn while I was getting served. She asked the staff member who was serving me to ‘quickly handle her purchase’ because I was ‘taking too long’. Instead of asking her to wait her turn, the staff ended up giving in and serving her while others waited in line for their turn behind me, leaving the customers to fight it out amongst themselves. Very poor form Rebel Dandenong.
That women in the counter have been giving me death stares as soon as I entered the store. She is not even trying to hide it just staring at me at all times. And when I went up to her to pay for the good, she doesn't even greet me or say anything. I know that there are some stealing issues going on in this store, however giving disgusting attitude to anyone who enters the store and making them feel uncomfortable is not going to solve anything.
