Today we were served by hailey from rebel sport Coomera, she was EXTREMELY helpful, kind and patient!! She was very knowledgeable on boots and conveyed great customer service! Hailey is in need of a raise! Thankyou hailey
I've shopped here many times and never had such rude customer service. And this is coming from someone who has worked 20+ years in retail including Rebel in Melbourne. Haley who works on the front counter should reconsider customer service altogether and stick to working away from customers.
Absolutely the most amazing staff and customer service at this store. I was having pain in my feet from a pair of shoes I originally brought online, I spoke to Kevin on the phone and he organised me to come and see him personally to make sure I got the right pair of shoes. I was blown away at how caring Kevin was, he’s very knowledgeable and he made sure I left with the right shoes for me. I really want Kev to know how much I appreciated his help and from the bottom of this mums very sore feet thank you so much.
Maria was absolutely amazing in helping me find the right supportive shoe! She didn’t give up til we found the perfect one. :)
