I was in your store earlier today to take my kids shoe shopping for new football boots and school shoes. We were served by Sam, who spent a long time helping my kids pick out their shoes, while staying friendly and knowledgeable throughout the whole interaction. Very good customer service, well done.

A lovely staff member today went up and beyond customer service today. I have always struggled with choosing the correct foot ware. I was recommended the HOKA brand I called another store before entering Rebel Sport Coomera and there customer service was terrible after reading there reviews I'm not on my own. This staff member was so patient with me and she called the Oxenford store which had my size and the sneakers I wanted. Price matched to a style I liked on line.
