Summary: extremely poor service Huge shout out to staff with poor attitude: Fidella (if that’s how you spell her name) Sequence of events: - Rebel Claremont had no one to assist. - We needed help. - Staff, named Fidella, was walking in the store with her earphones on. - when we approached her for help, she said “I’m on break” and walked off without even pointing us to any staff on break. Terrible experiences looking for shoes. There was no one to assis with models and sizes. We were waiting for about 30 min and no-one came to assist. When asking one staff member for assistance, the already buly lady said, she will get someone to assist. Sadly we were left waiting forever. Will try to avoid this store in the future. It wasn't even busy when we were there.
