We were shopping for basket ball equipment with my family at Chermside, browsing as usual and I wanted to see how far my hand was from touching rim, and before anything a man in his 30-40s approached me and said “don’t do that” in a impolite tone. I was planning to buy the Spalding 54’ glass beast until he approached me therefore I left and kept my $1600 in my pocket. Very disappointed with the service we received from John P today 05/09/2025 around 12pm. I called in advance and placed the shoes on hold around 10:30am and advised I’ll be coming around 12pm to pick it up. We came to the store around 12pm and the attendant John took 20+ minutes to retrieve the shoes from the back. I asked to try a different size and he acknowledged and then proceeded to attend to other customers. He comes back 5 minutes later and pretends to have completely forgotten about it and then goes to the back to ge... read more
