Disappointing experience this afternoon whilst shopping with my young children for football boots with the filthy language coming from the hoards of schoolies that were hanging around the football area. I saw one team trying to do his best to reason with them and the disrespect they were showing to not only the Rebel staff but us as customers as well. Definitely something that customers with young children should not have to put up with in a Rebel store. DO BETTER REBEL!
Shout out to Mark (Customer Service Manager) going above and beyond in assisting us with not only finding a pair of pants outback with staff help but, then persisting endlessly to get the security tag off them. Rare to see these days and happy to give credit where credit due . Thank you again !
Terrible experience. The employee, Mark, kicked me and my friends out just for trying the balls. We weren’t causing any trouble, just checking them out, and he was completely unreasonable. Wouldn’t recommend this place at all.
Kicked me out the store for “stealing” made me get beat at home. Terrible experience😿
I hate this grumpy Mf always giving me a hard time.
