I had an extremely disappointing experience at Rebel Chatswood today. My friends and I were looking at some boxing equipment when an older male staff member (possibly a manager) approached us in an unnecessarily rude manner from the start. It is hard to believe a store like this scale with no simple measuring tape for customers as I was trying to do some measurement checks for clothing.
We visited this Chatswood shoe store recently and had a distinctly mixed experience. The staff member assisting us with selecting shoes was excellent – helpful and attentive, which we appreciated. However, the service took a drastic downturn at checkout. The woman processing our payment was notably unfriendly, especially in stark contrast to how she treated the white couple immediately ahead of us.
