Mia was excellent! I came in looking for gym shoes having done some research but asked some questions and wanted to know of any other potential options. She gave me numerous options explaining the benefit of each shoe well and allowed me to try them all on. I left with a nice pair of New Balance as she explained how they would be beneficial for both cardio and weights and was one of the best all around options. I will be seeing her for any other shoes I need in the future!
On September 5th at 4:40 PM, I purchased a $5,000 treadmill. The manager, an Australian woman wearing glasses, looked down at me with an arrogant attitude and did not smile even once. While Jesse, a male staff member, was extremely friendly, the manager stood leaning against the wall with her hands on her hips the entire time, even after I had paid and said “thank you” as I left.
