Tried calling several times about a top I want to put aside to pick up today and I got hung up on six different times
Terrible customer service. Bought a pair of shoes at rebel, used once on treadmill for 2km and refused to swap from a normal size to a 2 E. Toldxme to go back to original store where i purchasedtwo days ago. Customer service managers attitude towards customers is poor. Your service towards customers isnt even worth one star.
