Useless! Went in to look at football boots for my kids. We actually drove 2 hours just to go here. Not 1 person came to help, I could see 2 young men standing in the shoe section just chatting. So we walked out. Not impressed! But now I know what size we are, I’ll just buy them from another stockist online, not rebel sport though. Don’t want to support them after this. If management want to check the cameras we were in the store at 11:50 am on the 17/04/2025.
I was disappointed with the “boys club” I found in the football boots section today. Despite trying to get staff attention to help get a size boot for me from the back, they ignored me to help men who arrived after me. When I did finally receive help, this staff member was already helping other customers so took a long time to bring back a pair of boots. As customers left so did the staff, leaving behind 1 staff member to assist myself, another woman and a dad with his kids. By the end I could see staff in the distance stand... read more
