Awesome experience with Zach who helped my elderly mother find the right sneakers. He was kind and attentive, going through several options and providing recommendations for her feet (she wears orthotics). Never rushed her and she found the perfect pair. He also helped us organise delivery for a second pair she liked when he didn’t have the colour in her size. Great customer service from someone who loves their job ⭐️
