The frustration with Rebel (generally) is that i usually shop Nike clothing and often there is either none or a very limited selection of Medium, but plenty of XL and 2XL. I've asked the staff to provide options in Medium (is there stock out the back) but they say they sell out of Medium really quickly. Who does the buying? If in the running section you have no Medium but excess stock in larger sizes, you don't have to be Sherlock Holmes.
