I don't come in to Rebel often nor do I write reviews, but just want to give a shoutout to Rob at Bunbury Rebel store who (on a Sunday morning) was so patient with me trying on all the shoes. He gave absolutely fantastic customer service, attentive, brought a great vibe to the store and importantly - I found a great pair of sneakers to buy. Thanks Rob
I live in Geelong Victoria & searching the country for a particular New Balance woman’s shoe that suits my needs well. I was lucky to speak to ‘Jacob’ in your store. Great sports shop
Because the gift card was supposed to be $100 and they never checked and they put $100 on it but it had $500 on it they should have checked before putting the $100 on it and refused to re do it, the gift card was given as a present and they were confused because it had printed on it $500 and they thought they had a $500 gift card and then it had to be explained that rebel got it wrong.......they should have cancelled out that card and got a $100, so it wasn't embarrassing to the giver or receiver.
