Because the gift card was supposed to be $100 and they never checked and they put $100 on it but it had $500 on it they should have checked before putting the $100 on it and refused to re do it, the gift card was given as a present and they were confused because it had printed on it $500 and they thought they had a $500 gift card and then it had to be explained that rebel got it wrong.......they should have cancelled out that card and got a $100, so it wasn't embarrassing to the giver or receiver.

The range is good, the sizing availability is irritating. Doesn't seem to matter what day of the week you visit, Tuesday, Thursday, Saturday.... you'll find a shirt or pair of shorts you like, but in every other size except the one you need. I wear XL's. Half the shirts, colours etc are almost always missing in that size. And it's the same across all the brands. I've never owned good shoes for work, I didn't know where to start or what shoes to try on. I had the most helpful person Chloe! We drove up from Margaret River to buy my husband a watch for Christmas. We rang while on the way just to make sure they had stock and spoke to a friendly and helpful man. We also rang the neighbours, but beside an incessant ad recording didn't speak to anyone. When we got to the store, the manager helped us find what we needed.
