I was recently home in Bunbury, and needed a new Molten basketball. The model that I wanted was initially not in store, and Alif the store manager went above and beyond to procure it. He was kind, friendly and very professional. This meant a lot as I was only in Bunbury for a short stay, and wanted to go down to the local rec centre to put up some shots. Because of Alif's proactive nature, I was able to do so. Excellent customer service!

Disappointing. Always purchased my shoes here but today I was treated as if I was a ghost. Should have just walked out with them.
