New store is brilliant! Especially football section. Really good shop. George is a Legend as well in football department.
New improved store with great customer experience. Big shout out to Belinda and Tyra for making my shopping a great experience. I was looking for some Nike Dri Fit track pants and the store said they had 6 in stock. Asked a few team members to try locate the pants in a medium without success. They weren’t in the back or on the floor. So with the help of Belinda and Tyra who stepped in to go above and beyond without giving up had found the pants for me behind the counter. The lovely woman at the street entrance was so kind on wednesday. She helped me with so graciously, showing me how to use products. She also helped me buy some hand warmers at the front cashier. I believe her name started with a B, but couldnt remember. What a great employee, definitely made my shopping experience better!
The lady standing in the front (The entrance in the ground floor beside broadway shopping center) is very rude, she just ignored us when we stepped in. Rather she grated to another local white woman enthusiastically, I don’t know if it’s because that we are not local people. While the other staffs are very friendly.
