The workers including the manager are not knowledgeable of the products they sell. Each would tell me differently. The manager even was rude to me and got impatient because I asked questions and he didn't know to answer.

The fuzzy speakers make the shopping experience terrible. And don’t you dare be there at closing time, or they’ll make you very aware that you are the worst customer ever. I actually hate going there, pity it’s the most convenient for me. Have a much better experience when shopping at the Indooroopilly branch.
