I came in to buy a bike for my wife’s birthday and had a great experience. I ended up getting her a high-quality step-through folding bike at a very reasonable price $999 better than other shops I checked out. They’ve been around a long time, shows in their knowledge and service, and they also have a full-service repair shop. Highly recommend!
Great service! I came in with a Sur-Ron rim and a flat tire, and they fixed it the same day when no one else would.Big thanks to the mechanic, I really appreciate it! I also have a Talaria that needs brakes done, and I’ll definitely be bringing it here. Prices are worth it to have it done right. Highly recommend!
Absolute worst customer service, unresponsive and unprofessional, closes store to take lunch and never return back for the day. I was planning on buying both kids surrons today, nearly 14k and they missed out on that. So sad.
