Very clean atmosphere, staff was extremely helpful and friendly ... Although we didn't find what we were looking for, it was a nice place to visit

They do a good job of fixing your scooter or ebike or whatever toy, but they always greatly underestimate how long it takes, upwards of a week off from their estimate....aside from that I highly recommend them in this niche field, I would give 5 stars but I feel like my only thing is being a bit more accurate with how long something takes...I dont mind waiting, especially for their quality work. The worst company ever. Dropped my scooter here. Quoted 2 days. Has been 2 months. They never pick up the phone. When they do pick up they put me on hold for 10 min until I hang up. Then they leave the phone off the hook so its busy. In the store now, they are saying they had to order another part. Highly recommend not dealing with them at all.
Purchased this little jewel at Rebel bikes with Tania, she was amazing and went above and beyond with her customer service.
