Outstanding service on a busy day.
Customer service is a bit sub par when trying to buy shoes, first employee just asked how I was going, didn’t bother to ask if I needed help. Proceeded to look and try a shoe off the wall. I had to Sit and wait for another employee to check on me 10 minutes later. Not the best experience as this is the second time I’ve been treated like this in this store. Other than that great products, Reasonable prices.
Lovely helpful staff. Went into store to try on some sneakers and when I found the ones I liked, we realised there was two different sizes in the box (1x 6 and 1x 7). The manager went above and beyond to order the correct size direct to my house to avoid shipping costs of ordering myself direct online and they arrived within a few days. Great service!
My 6 year old son and I had such a lovely time at Rebel tonight. The staff member (a tall red haired gent-sorry I didn’t get his name) was so kind and patient with my son who needed to view every pair of soccer boots before picking a pair. He then passed a ball back and forth with him for ages while he tried them out. It was so nice to see someone really show genuine interest and care in a child’s wants and needs. Thanks, Mate. He loves the shoes and is very excited for his first game.
