Went into Rebel Ballarat last week and wanted to mention that the lady with dark hair at the register did an amazing job dealing with a very aggressive rude customer. I was in shock at this man’s poor behaviour, he was shouting in this poor lady’s face. I think the worker’s name started with M. She was wonderful to me and still served me with a smile on her face, gave me recommendations on clothing items and explained the new membership program to me… all after being treated so poorly and threatened by the man before me. I recently purchased several items from Rebel Ballarat and had a very frustrating experience. I am regular customer with them. Now I decided never go back again 😡 First, a pair of shoes I purchased was missing from the bag when I got home. The next morning, my wife went back to the store to ask about it, but she was told that we didn’t pay for the shoes, which was incorrect. Later, I went back myself to explain the situation.
